Jonathan Paquet

Jonathan began his career in 2001 and has been a partner at Marcil Lavallée since 2011. That same year, he was one of the founding partners of the firm’s Gatineau office. Jonathan is recognized for his ability to clearly communicate complex concepts and to provide strategic, high-value guidance to his business clients.

His areas of expertise include personal and corporate tax planning, business transactions, estate planning, as well as succession planning and business transfers. He also supports his clients in measuring financial performance and optimizing the value of their business initiatives.

Jonathan brings strong entrepreneurial experience, having actively participated in the creation and development of several private companies, particularly in the healthcare, land development, residential and commercial real estate, and natural resources sectors.

A long-standing member of the executive committee, he has also been involved in various investment projects in land development and in the commercial and residential real estate sectors.
