Luc began his career in 1996 and joined Marcil Lavallée in 2006. He was appointed Partner in Assurance and Advisory Services in 2010. With extensive experience advising a diverse client base, Luc primarily serves owner-managed businesses and NPOs across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing and processing, construction, services, healthcare, and transportation.
He is recognized for his professional rigour, pragmatic approach, and results-driven mindset. Luc brings deep expertise in business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, as well as in strategic planning, securing financing and tax and estate planning. In addition, he oversees assurance engagements such as audits, reviews, and compilation engagements, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
